This leadership position entails delivering a robust financial and management accounting service. It demands overseeing a skilled team of up to four finance staff, including roles such as Finance Business Partners, Accountants, and Finance Officers. By managing these critical roles, the Senior Finance Business Partner will ensure compliance with both internal and external financial reporting standards.

The Ideal Candidate: Skills and Qualifications
We seek qualified accountants with credentials from prestigious bodies such as ICAS, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in financial or management accounting, alongside extensive experience in statutory financial reporting and audit processes. Interpersonal skills, especially in building stakeholder relationships, are key.
Additionally, candidates should exhibit advanced competencies in IT applications, specifically proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as web-enabled IT tools and finance ledger systems.
