A transgender (biological male) illegal alien was arrested for raping a child in a public bathroom in New York on Saturday.
Nicol Suarez, an illegal from Colombia, allegedly stalked the 14-year-old boy before following him into a public restroom in East Harlem and sexually assaulting him.
The child victim ran out of the restroom and flagged down a witness.
According to The New York Post, Suarez was wanted in Massachusetts and New Jersey for unknown crimes.
ICE also had a detainer on Suarez, according to The Post.
Suarez was charged with first-degree rape and is currently being held at Rikers on $100,000 bail or $250,000 bond.
Prosecutors asked for a $1.5 million bail, but a liberal judge reduced it to $100,000.

A migrant transgender woman wanted by federal immigration officials allegedly stalked and raped a boy in Manhattan this week, The Post has learned.
Nicol Suarez allegedly followed the 14-year-old into the bathroom at Thomas Jefferson Park in East Harlem Tuesday and attacked him, police and sources said.
The boy then left the bathroom and flagged down witnesses, who alerted police, the sources said.
Suarez, 30, who is originally from Colombia, was arrested nearby the following day and charged with first-degree rape.
Suarez was wanted in New Jersey and Massachusetts at the time, and U.S. Immigration and Customs enforcement had a detainer on her, a law enforcement source said.
The nature of the out-of-state charges weren’t immediately available.
